This 17" mini windmill is made by a Midwestern USA company that has been making these since1946. Galvanized steel - Red Trim. This little windmill is 17 inches tall and has a 5 inch wheel. The wheel turns on Lubricant impregnated OILON Bearings, the top turns toward the wind on a brass bearing.
