University of Iowa 8ft Black & Gold Hawkeyes Windmill. Black powder coated steel frame, wheel and tail. The platform is of yellow powder coated steel. The yellow trim on the wheel and tail are vinyl. Roller bearings and hand balanced wheel means the wheel will turn with the slightest breeze and can withstand heavy winds as long as the base is securely mounted. You can choose to not use the trim and have your local vinyl sign shop make custom trim, your name, house number etc.
