University of Nebraska 8 ft Red & White Huskers Powder Coated Windmill. This windmill has red powder coated frame, wheel and tail with a white powder coated steel platform. Applying the vinyl trim is optional and you can have your local vinyl sign shop make custom trim. Perhaps your street name, or name or house number. I saw one of these while in Lincoln Nebraska a few years ago and stopped at the house to find out where they had gotten this red and white Huskers windmill. I have been by that house in Lincoln several times over the past years and their windmill still looks great after the strong Nebraska winds, storms,rain, snow & ice and decided I had to have one. I found out that they are not easy to find - it took me several weeks and a number of phone calls to locate the manufacturer. I then began to wonder if other people might be interested in these well made windmills - I have made them available on eBay, Amazon and now here. Sales have continued to grow and customers have been very pleased with their windmills. I am very pleased with the manufacturer and their support.
